Whole Foods Sea and Earth Salad - so good..

**no specific amounts, adjust to taste


•wild rice, cooked

•wheat berries,cooked

•green pepper

•red pepper

•hijiki seaweed, soaked and rinsed

•arame seaweed, soaked and rinsed

•raw cashews

•green onion, sliced

•rice wine vinegar

•toasted sesame oil

•soy sauce



Directions :
1.combine ingredients and let sit for an hour or two to combine flavors
