So Hot. Gee Wa Wa

Spotted: The Birkenstock Boston Clog on Urban Outfitters

So, I actually still own these from high school. What does this mean? Isn't it too soon for these to be recycled back into current fashion? I'm not sure how I feel about this style unless you're running around Treasure Island music festival in patchwork pants. Whats next? Those Jesus sandals I wore about a decade ago? Yikes.

Free People January 2011 Catalog - Guy Aroch

I just got my Free People catalog in the mail yesterday, and I'm completely blown away. In addition, I just found out the catalog was shot in Paris by Guy Aroch! Guy is one of my favorite photographers and I have many of his photos saved in my inspiration folder. He is known for gorgeous lighting and rich use of color, and the dude has a magical way of capturing a moment. So inspired, I keep looking at these photos over and over, imagining myself getting lost in the hazy streets of Paris.

Ch Ch Ch Changes

I used to cringe when I thought of the distinctive tartan plaid pattern that has become Burberry's trademark (still do). When I first moved to Chicago in 2005, approximately 94% of the commuters from Lincoln Park were donning this scarf. I am letting go of my bad connotations with the brand, because this leather and shearling jacket is sick. Burberry just got a lot cooler.
